This is what I eat
My typical day begins with a workout and breakfast. I eat two eggs, half a piece of toast with peanut butter, and 2 pieces of fruit. I drink lots of water throughout the day and make sure to get in at least 1 cup of green tea before bed.
My typical workouts are either 30 minutes on the elliptical or 10-15 minutes on the treadmill at an incline, twice a week. You can also see some videos of my workouts on Instagram!
After this, I go to work for most of the morning which includes lunchtime meetings and client calls. For lunch, I usually have something like turkey avocado wraps or salad with chicken. When it's time for dinner, it's all about easy cooking!
